Since returning from duties in Afghanistan, Myles has been consulting for Over and Above Africa on a regular basis. He is extremely proficient and versatile in global Operations with a proven track record.

Earning a reputation for excellence in accomplishments, his career spans over 25 years with Her Royal Majesty’s Forces, where he reached the rank of Captain by way of Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM).

Myles’s calm, reliable, honest and effective approach has proven successful in his strategic oversight of complex situations and operations. His calm demeanor in high-pressure environments in multiple conflict countries such as Africa, Croatia and the Middle East, keeps his services in high demand. Myles has a hands-on, methodical approach in achieving company objectives in an effective and timely manner. “I strive for quality and excellence in all activities, and apply process and discipline to achieve peak performance from my teams”.
